CMA or LPN
Cedar Valley Occupational Health is excited to announce the addition of our new occupational health service. We are urgently seeking a qualified LPN or CMA to work in our clinic. Job duties will include but are not limited to: Audiogram screenings, breath alcohol testing (BAT), drug screen collections, physical exam prep including vitals, Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT), UA screenings, vaccination administration, and vision screenings.

Requirements
Current licensed practical nurse in Iowa or Certified Medical AssistantNIOSH approved spirometry training within six (6) months of hire
Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing (CAOHC) certification within six (6) months of hire
Certified Drug Testing Collection Training within 90 days of hire
Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT) within 90 days of hire
