Dining Unit Managers play an integral role in leading our campus dining centers to success. Impact & Responsibilities: Directs the daily operations of a Food Service Unit; administers Food Pro and other systems to ensure resources are adequately and effectively utilized; supervises activities of staff in dining units; and recommends new and revised policies and procedures; and monitors dining unit operations to ensure maximum effectiveness and compliance with departmental objectives.
 
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Institutional, Hotel or Restaurant Management, Dietetics, Business Management or related field; at least three years of experience in the management of food service operations. Candidates must also demonstrate thorough knowledge of food service principles and practices and have ability to merchandise products and services.
