Department: Food and Beverage
Immediate Supervisor: Concourse Manager

Responsibilities for Food and Beverage Concession Server:
          Includes, but not limited to:

  • Ensure staff is well trained for all positions
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Cash handling
  • Food handling, and preparation
  • Stocking, and rotating various products
  • Sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning
  • Punctuality
  • Must be able to work in a team orientated environment
  • Follow the local, and state health department guidelines
  • Opening, and closing the stand adequately
  • Flexibility in accordance to the Bucks game schedule/extra events
Abilities will include:
  • Occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Working in an outdoor environment (cold, hot, rainy, etc.)
  • Be able to work in a fast paced, timely atmosphere
  • High communication skills
