PT Community Service Officer (CSO)

The Cedar Falls Public Safety Department is accepting applications for Community Service cers (CSOs). $9.104/hr., approx. 20 hrs./wk. Applicants must be able to make a one year commitment to the program and available to work nights and weekends. Duties include: responding to incoming Police service requests via calls and walk-ins, monitoring calls for service, radio operation, data entry, fingerprinting, and monitoring prisoners in temporary holding cells. High School diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain) required. Post-offer, pre-employment physical including drug screen required.
