Ticket Office Coordinator
Assists Director with fiscal accountability through necessary checks and balances of the fiscal operation; reconciles daily sales reports; provides leadership and supervision to student and part-time staff; leads interviewing and hiring process for student employees; maintains the UNItix website and internet eVenue site; and assists the Director, Assistant Directors and Student Supervisors with the management of the daily operation and events.

Bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of supervisory & training experience and at least one year of banking/cash handling experience required. Student experience will be considered. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Accounting or Sports Administration; ticketing experience; and experience or course work in digital or graphic design; and Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred.  Criminal and other relevant background checks required.
