Coordinates daily customer relations activities; provides oversight of reception desk and telephone services; hires, schedules, trains and supervises student advisors and telephone counselors; counsels students and parents; provides financial aid outreach; awards and adjusts financial aid packages, administers day to day functions of work-study, including Community Service Learning, and participates in multicultural student recruitment and retention activities.

Bachelor’s degree; public speaking experience; and evidence of strong written and verbal communication skills required. Student experience will be considered. Student financial aid experience; experience counseling college students in a college setting; multicultural recruitment and retention experience; and bilingual speaking abilities preferred.
