Assistant Branch Manager - Reinbeck, IA

Assists the management of branch staff to ensure the successful development and performance of all employees while maintaining strong customer relations by exhibiting a positive and professional image. Responsible for personal as well as branch sales goals. Assists in overseeing teller related tasks, provides guidance and direction to the teller team. Cultivate client relationships by providing financial solutions for client needs including all deposit and credit product and service lines. Refers clients for additional retail and bank services. Embraces and promotes the use of LSB+. Maintains working knowledge of LSB’s lending and credit policies and answers client questions. Takes loan applications and approves them within individual lending authority. May perform essential duties of a Personal Banker and act as the leader of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager. Resolves complex issues with customers within established policies and procedures, with the understanding of all state and federal laws and regulations. Job Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years of retail banking experience Proven track record of referring clients to all business lines while meeting or exceeding sales goals. Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) required Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in decision-making and higher-level problem-solving. High level knowledge of banking policies, procedures and regulations in order to perform duties with minimal supervision. Highly effective written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
