AMPERAGE Marketing & Fundraising is looking for an Accounting Director to join the team in Cedar Falls. The Accounting Director is responsible for providing accounting and finance leadership for the agency. Responsibilities include: ? Managing Accounting department ? Managing general ledger, financial statements ? Handle relationship with bank and CPA ? Financial report development and analysis ? Cash management ? Accounting software management – site/roles security, process changes ? Budgets and budgeting ? Liability Insurance ? Office Operations (building, supplies, vendors) A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and experience in accounting/finance and leadership are a must. Other qualifications include: ?
