Our client located in Waterloo is currently seeking an Accountant/Bookkeeper for their office. The ideal candidate will be strong in Trust Account operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and working with multiple general ledger accounts. This position also requires the candidate to be detail oriented and have strong time management and organizational skills.


  • Maintain and balance Trust Accounts
  •  Balance real estate transaction ledgers and print necessary checks
  • Send & confirm wires for real estate payoffs
  • Potentially handle all A/R and A/P functions
  • Make daily bank deposits
  • Electronically file Deeds, Mortgages, and other necessary items with the County
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Pay will be based on experience - $15.00/hr plus
