Responsibilities and Impact: Facilitates ongoing case management of students in need of assistance, ensuring timely outreach, communication, and connection to resources; provides case management to address the concerns of students experiencing crisis or emergency situations; serves as a Student Conduct Administrator; investigates allegations of student and student organization misconduct; conducts administrative hearings; assists in the training of student conduct administrators; and represents student care processes through committee involvement across the university.
 
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, social work, family services, or related field required. Spring 2022 graduates will be considered. Degree must be conferred prior to start date. At least one year of experience working with students in a college university setting; strong oral and written communication skills; strong problem solving and critical thinking skills; and commitment to diversity and inclusive student success required. Student experience will be considered.
