Senior Educational Counselor

Impact & Responsibilities: Aids program staff in the advancement of student recruitment strategies; prepares and presents staff training/development materials; assists staff in the planning/conducting workshops, orientation sessions, etc.; advises as to personal/ academic needs of program participants; coordinates establishment/administration of Mentor Program, offering of Post-secondary Orientation Workshops and Visits, etc.; and renders related administrative support services as required.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus at least three years of experience working with minority and disadvantaged students in an educational or related program.
Preferred: Master's degree in counseling, education or related field and TRIO/EOP experience.
