Impact & Responsibilities: Conducts initial review and processing of incoming grant and contract award documents in consultation with the UNI Associate Grants and Contracts Administrator; processes all sponsored award amendment requests on behalf of project PIs; negotiates with sponsor to receive award amendment; completes, transmits and files sponsor-required reports; prepares outgoing sub-award documents to sub-recipient organizations in consultation with the UNI Associate Grants and Contracts Administrator; and coordinates completion and execution of professional service agreements with consultants and other independent contractors performing work under sponsored projects.
 
Requirements: Bachelor's degree; Experience in project management; and demonstrated proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
 
Preferred: Experience in preparation of contracts; experience in a higher education setting; and experience with sponsored award administration.
