Impact & Responsibilities: In support of the mission, vision and strategic plan of the University, coordinates institutional planning efforts by leading campus wide training, collecting and analyzing strategic plan metric data and managing the federal and state reporting system; develops and delivers college and program-specific reports of strategic metrics; coordinates related data collection, storage, and retrieval systems that lead to institutional effectiveness; provides leadership for comprehensive institutional assessment initiatives that support the university's mission and strategic planning; designs and coordinates data collection, data analysis, and reporting; offers strategic planning support and continuous improvement recommendations to campus units; assists the Office of Undergraduate Studies with implementation of longitudinal assessment practices that support systematic data gathering and documentation related to student learning; and coordinates with multiple campus partners for the purpose of Higher Learning Commission (HLC) assessment reporting, data validation and reaffirmation initiatives.
Requirements: Master's degree in economics, statistics, education, social sciences, educational research, or related field; at least two years of related work experience; experience collaborating on and providing leadership for projects; excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; and demonstrated experience with organization-level continuous improvement initiatives and understanding of assessment systems and reporting.
