The University of Northern Iowa’s Department of Social Work invites applications for a Renewable Term position at the rank of Instructor. The successful candidate’s responsibilities include teaching four course sections per semester, student advising, and participating in service to the University and community. The department offers programs at B.A. and M.S.W. levels and qualified candidates must be able to teach practice classes across the two programs.

Required qualifications include a master’s degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program plus a doctorate in social work. Eligible applicants must also have at least two years of post-MSW direct practice experience.
Previous teaching experience and ability to teach online are required.
