Instructor, Exercise Science
The University of Northern Iowa's Department of Kinesiology is seeking a Renewable-Term Instructor in Exercise Science. We invite professionals strongly committed to the academic and professional preparation of majors for exercise and sport performance related fields.
Primary emphasis will be to teach required courses for Movement and Exercise Science majors: including PEMES 2050 -- Anatomy & Physiology of Human Movement and PEMES 2053 -- Physical Activity & Nutrition for Health and Fitness. Additional teaching responsibilities may include courses in strength and conditioning and fitness training. Responsibilities also include advising students and professional service.

Master's degree in exercise science or related field required. Required qualifications include university teaching experience, familiarity with state-of-the-art technology in exercise physiology, and demonstrated commitment to professional and/or community service. Preference will be given to candidates with ABD or Ph.D. in exercise science or related field.
