The University of Northern Iowa's Department of Biology seeks applicants for a full-time, four-year term Instructor of Biology position, starting in August 2023. This position involves teaching general education lectures and laboratories as well as other general biology courses as needed.

The successful candidate must hold a Master's degree in biology or related field. Required qualifications include at least five years of experience in teaching college-level courses and in coordinating and supervising multiple sections of laboratory classes. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience in developing college-level biology laboratory activities and a strong history of professional development related to teaching.
