Impact & Responsibilities: Serves as the key point of contact for the faculty program coordinators leading College of Education's (COE) graduate programs between UNI's Office of Distance Education and UNI's Graduate College; fields all prospective graduate student inquiries and connects to appropriate faculty within the particular area of study; supports and innovates recruitment initiatives in collaboration with faculty and other offices across campus toward elevating the COE graduate program; and coordinates College of Education events.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree; at least one year of higher education, customer service, relationship management, or program support experience; excellent oral and written communication skills; and working knowledge of successfully managing a budget.
Preferred: Master's degree; experience recruiting and managing graduate education prospective student inquiries; and experience planning and implementing small- and large-scale events.
