Financial Aid Counselor/Financial Literacy & Outreach

Impact & Responsibilities: Implements financial literacy programming for campus; serves as counselor for prospective and current students; responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, professional development and supervising student managers, student advisors and telephone counselors; provides financial aid outreach; awards and adjusts financial aid packages; and participates in multicultural student recruitment and retention activities.
 
Requirements: Bachelor's degree; public speaking experience; and excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
 
Preferred: Student financial aid experience; experience counseling college students in a college setting; multicultural recruitment and retention experience; and bilingual speaking abilities.
 
Student experience will be considered.
