Coordinates daily customer service activities; manages reception desk and telephone services; hires, schedules, trains and supervises student advisors and telephone counselors; counsels students and parents; provides financial aid outreach; awards and adjusts financial aid packages; and participates in multicultural student recruitment and retention activities.

Bachelor’s degree; public speaking experience; and evidence of strong written and verbal communication skills required. Student financial aid experience; experience counseling college students in a college setting; multicultural recruitment and retention experience; and bilingual speaking abilities preferred. Student experience will be considered. 
Criminal and other relevant background checks required.
