Impact & Responsibilities: Participates in department recruitment strategy through the establishment of cooperative relationships with target area community agencies; recruits students in assigned areas and assists students in completing admissions/financial aid applications; and conducts financial aid, college admissions, and other informational workshops.
 
Requirements: Bachelor's degree; at least one year of experience in recruitment, sales, or a student services field such as orientation, admissions, residence life, or academic advising; experience conducting workshops or presentations; and experience working with underrepresented populations.
Student experience will be considered.
 
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in education, social work or related field.
