Oversees the Graduate Assistantship (GA) and Graduate College Tuition Scholarship (TS) allocation process and its internal processing and coding, communicates/assists departments and units with the GA/TS process; conducts verification of GA-GC-TS eligibility; oversees data collection, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination for the Graduate College, allowing for data-informed decision making; supports the Graduate College and faculty/staff/and students in the development of streamlined technology-oriented processes; delivers training opportunities to enhance the knowledge of technology-oriented tools in office/university settings among faculty/staff/students; connects GA/GC-TS process with UNI graduate admission process and collaborates with other offices.

Bachelor's degree; at least one year of experience in higher education; proficiency in web applications and data management systems; strong technology skills, including Drupal, Excel, HTML, Photoshop, SPSS, and Google Analytics; knowledge of budget processes; excellent organizational skills; excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; strong attention to accuracy and detail; ability to work well with others in a team setting; and ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced work environment required. Student experience will be considered. Master’s degree in technology, communications, or related field; experience with international and diverse student populations; and knowledge of a foreign language preferred.
