Impact & Responsibilities: Advises assigned undergraduate students on academic requirements, course selection, and academic standing; monitors student registration activities and academic performance/progress; assists with the implementation of individual and group programming for specific populations of advisees in collaboration with directors and academic advisors; conducts workshops and events focused on transitional topics impacting first-year undergraduate students in collaboration with directors and academic advisors; supports recruitment by disseminating information and meeting with prospective students and families in individual and group sessions; and works with campus partners to help implement advising-related events and resources.
 
Requirements: Bachelor's degree and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Occasional work outside of normal work hours and periodic travel will be necessary.
 
Preferred: At least one year of experience in advising, recruiting, orientation, teaching, or student affairs related areas of higher education. Student experience will be considered.
