Assistant Director of Residence Life
Residence Hall Program Administration 
 
Supervises, evaluates and directs Residence Life Coordinators in their daily operations; fosters and promotes individual and community development in residence system; collaborates on University-wide enterprises related to residents’ experiences; provides leadership and input on University-wide educational initiatives; responds to student critical incidents; provides leadership in the administration of the Department of Residence student code of conduct; and coordinates student leadership and departmental promotion programs.
         
Master’s degree in higher education administration, college student personnel or related field required. At least four years of leadership experience in college or university housing required. Supervisory and managing student discipline experience, demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse populations, lead teams, and effectively communicate with others also required. On-call, evening, weekend, and holiday work necessary. Strong problem solving skills; proficiency in written and oral communication; and management, organization, and administrative skills preferred.
