We are currently seeking Customer Service/Technical Support candidates for a unique career opportunity to become part of our dynamic and innovative Electronic Products and Services Team. Shifts may range from 8/9/9:30am to 4/5/6pm. This position is located at our Corporate Offices in Waterloo, Iowa. Duties include:

  • Provide excellent customer and technical support/assistance to customers, sales and company personnel regarding electronic products and services.
  • Perform mapping activities in support of new and existing customers.  Research and troubleshoot as needed to support customers or POS management requests, issues, or concerns. Questions may pertain to web site issues, online bill pay troubleshooting, statement and message changes or additions.
  • Be responsible for setting up new customers, maintaining existing setups, and fielding questions from customers and sales staff.
  • Monitor all stages of our electronic products and services accounts.
We seek candidates with the following credentials:
  • BA/BS Degree (Business, Communications, MIS, CIS or other related field preferred or 3-5 years work experience in related field.)
  • Customer Service experience required.  (Technical “help desk” experience preferred.)
  • Other experience/educational training should include web, internet experience as well as Excel and Word experience.
  • Salary range:  $46,000 to $55,000 commensurate with experience.
  • Current residence in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls, Iowa is preferred.
