Automotive Shuttle Driver/Porter

Our shuttle driver/porter will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction by driving our customers from the dealership to their work or home, and then picking them back up when their vehicle work is completed.

You will be responsible for greeting and assisting all our customers in a friendly and professional manner. It is crucial that you operate all vehicles in a safe and cautious manner, while maintaining a punctual route schedule. When you are not busy driving the shuttle, you will be assigned various cleaning, maintenance, and lot tasks at the dealership.

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm while greeting and assisting all guests in a professional manner.

  • Transport guests to and from our dealership safely.

  • Assist guests with boarding and de-boarding the shuttle service.

  • Inform guests of dealership hours of operation and other relevant services.

  • Operate all vehicles in a safe and cautious manner while maintaining a punctual route schedule.

  • Maintain cleanliness of shuttle by checking for and removing all trash and debris from inside the vehicle several times throughout shift; vehicle should be washed on a regular basis.

  • Willingness to work outside during all weather conditions.

  • Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the dealership lot and keeping it free from clutter.

  • Moving cars from the lot, service shop and showroom, and maintaining window pricing as instructed. You may also cross train in detail as needed.

  • Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.

  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Professional appearance and positive engagement with guests.

  • Reliable and excellent with time management.

  • Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.

  • Driving / Customer Service experience preferred.

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

  • Willing to submit to a background check.
