Telecom Attendant/Switchboard

Do you love talking on the phone? If so, our Telecom Attendant/Switchboard opening may be the perfect fit for you. Our attendants answer incoming calls, greet callers, provide general information and transfer calls; or take messages as necessary and provide high-level customer service for MercyOne Northeast Iowa.

Minimum 2 years customer service/phone experience strongly preferred.  Experience with medical terminology or in a medical setting preferred.

High school diploma/GED or equivalent
