SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
SHIFT: First Shift

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under general supervision, coordinates office activities and performs receptionist and secretarial duties for the Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders and the Roy Eblen Speech and Hearing Clinic; maintains and updates records on budgetary and purchasing transactions for department, foundation and grant accounts; verifies and reconciles statements; tracks and monitors expenditures; assists with undergraduate advising and academic scheduling; maintains University and departmental files, student academic records, faculty evaluation files; and performs other related duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to four years of full-time employment and includes the use of word processing.
