DUTIES: Responsible for establishing a good first impression of Western Home Communities with the public. Answer telephone and relay messages. Greet the public and direct them as needed. Provide services and supplies for residents. Forward requests for maintenance services to the Maintenance department. Maintain a daily resident census. Sort and deliver mail.

REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to do many different functions, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure. Must be able to work rotating holidays and opportunity to pick up hours to cover for vacations. Must maintain extremely high level of confidentiality.
