Serves as an impartial, neutral investigator for complaints of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct; responds to reports and complaints of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct; contributes to the development and maintenance of a well-documented investigation process; and assists other team members in the development and implementation of training and outreach on topics related to discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct to various audiences.

Bachelor’s degree; at least three years of experience in equal opportunity, investigations, and/or related administrative field; strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated attention to detail and excellent organization skills; ability to exercise a high level of independent judgment, to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse groups, and to work with highly sensitive and confidential information in a fast-paced environment required. Student experience will be considered. Title IX Investigator Certification, higher education experience, and/or experience conducting civil rights investigations preferred.
