APPOINTMENT TYPE: Full-Time; 12 Months
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
SHIFT: First Shift

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under general supervision, independently performs and delegates data entry of information; manages efforts to update data from external biographical data sources; validates and fulfills requests from deans, department heads, faculty, staff and campus partners for information from the Advancement database; formulates criteria reports by utilizing Crystal Report Writer and Lyris segment creation to produce various output displays; assists with data integrity, serving as point person in the office for implementation of data entry and data
clean-up on records; determines data structure useful for reporting; and performs other related duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Any combination of progressively responsible related clerical office experience,
related undergraduate education, and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to four years of full-time employment
