Assistant Project Coordinator

What you need for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree + two years related experience
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Positive attitude
  • Solid problem solving skills
What you’ll be doing:
  • Preparing service contracts, job proposals and bids
  • Assisting with customer set-up in SAP software system
  • Preparing reports for customers and internal use
  • Following up with customers on contracts and proposals
  • Assisting with administrative tasks for the department
