Waterloo Works! Residents Academy

The City of Waterloo is offering residents the opportunity to learn about city government by participating in a new eight-week course. Waterloo Works! Residents Academy is an informative, interactive program designed to give Waterloo residents an up-close look at how their City government works. The Residents Academy is free to those who live or work in Waterloo. The program is designed to cultivate understanding and enhance the relationship between city government and its residents. Participants will gain knowledge and insight through discussions, demonstrations and site visits. In addition, the academy gives city staff the opportunity to receive community feedback.
