Following the acquisition he became President and then CEO for the combined company. John is considered to be a highly influential and motivational business leader with a proven track record in achieving significant results through people, sales progression, market penetration and sales proposition development. In addition John is also a consummate public speaker and has addressed many sales and executive audiences discussing his own personal experiences of business leadership and sales management. Today, John is the CEO of Lammore USA Inc. a joint venture with UK based Lammore Consulting Ltd. a specialist sales and leadership and management training and consultancy practice.
