April 16 is National Healthcare Decision Day. To honor this day, Care Initiatives Hospice is partnering with Ravenwood Specialty Care to host a complimentary event to the public from 1:00-4:00 on Friday, April 15. Stop by Ravenwood Specialty Care, 2651 Saint Francis Dr, Waterloo, IA, and complete your advanced directive or power of attorney forms. Members of our team will be on site to assist you. We will have blank advanced directives to complete and a notary available. Be sure to have a current photo ID with you for our notary.
