The Leader Valley Leadership Series is designed to foster leadership development in first and middle level leaders. Choose 1 course, 2 courses, or all 3 courses to support your leadership development.
- All courses will consist of two, half-day sessions (for a total of 1 full day)
- All courses will be virtual
Course 2) Six Critical Practices for Leading a Team equips you with skills and tools to get work done with and through others. This course is offered 3 times.
Course 3) Unconscious Bias helps you recognize the impact of your bias on behaviors, decisions, and performance. This course is offered 3 times.
