About the presenters:
Mel Gonnerman Jr., Ph.D. is the Director of Industrial and Organizational services at The Peerman Group. Among his many accomplishments, Mel has served as the founder and executive director of a non-profit organization. With a Ph.D. specializing in Social and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Mel enjoys sharing knowledge and insights that help people lead and succeed by bringing out the greatness in themselves and others.
Jeffery D. Welter, M.S. serves as an Industrial/Organizational consultant with over 25 years of human resources experience in publicly traded and privately held small, medium and large organizations. He brings a wealth of experience on the importance of leadership behaviors and learning and development practices that act to motive employees to engage in positive ways when performing their daily work.
