In his role as the ICA legislative council, he represents Iowa’s 14 largest Chambers of Commerce and Economic Development Organizations before the Iowa Legislature and state agencies. His policy work spans a broad range of issues, including economic development, taxation, community development, water quality, environmental regulation, public finance, and utilities.
