Kelli Krueger – Employee Engagement: Finding the Answer by Looking at What’s Been in Front of You All Along - Especially in a tight labor market, companies are looking for ways to retain employees by taking care of them and ignite them to do great things in their careers and for the company. Yet they are still losing top talent.  It’s time to look at the problem from a different perspective. In this session, you will learn how to adopt a more sophisticated and adaptive approach to problem-solving, engaging your team, and creating a vision culture. We will also explore the benefits of wide range thinking and how it can help you create a more engaging and sustainable work environment. This course will be interactive and involve gameplay, so be prepared to learn, play, and embrace a new way of thinking. Please note that this training requires full attention, so if you plan on multitasking, this session may not be suitable for you.
