Step outside, get moving, and connect with fellow young professionals at our CVYP Wellness: Choose Your Own Adventure evening at Big Woods Lake!

This laid-back outdoor meetup is all about getting fresh air and recharging however you like. Whether you’re looking for something active or just want to unwind by the water, there’s something for everyone.

Your adventure options include:

  • Kayaking on Big Woods Lake (12–14 kayaks available – first come, first served or bring your own)
  • Walking, running, or biking the scenic trails (must bring your own bike)
  • Relaxing at picnic areas and enjoying the lake views
  • Casual socializing with other YPs

Come solo or bring a friend and explore the park at your own pace. We’ll have a casual meet-up point at the South Shelter so you can easily connect with others before heading off on your adventure.

After a busy workday, this is the perfect opportunity to move your body, enjoy the outdoors, and build connections with other Cedar Valley young professionals.

Bring comfortable clothes, water, and your sense of adventure!

Guests are welcome to attend one event before becoming a member.
