Serve up some connection and a little friendly competition at our April CVYP Wellness Hour! 🏓💥 

Join fellow young professionals at the Cedar Valley SportsPlex for an energizing evening of pickleball, movement, and meaningful connection. Whether you’re a seasoned pickleball pro or have no idea what the kitchen rule is (don’t worry, we’ll explain 😉), this Wellness Hour is all about getting active, trying something new, and connecting with other YPs in a fun, low-pressure environment. 

Here’s what to expect:

•💬 Time to hang out and connect off the court 

•💪 A healthy dose of movement to break up your week This isn’t just networking — it’s networking in motion.

 Step away from your desk, grab your sneakers, and join us for an hour that’s good for your body and your professional circle. Spots may be limited based on court availability, so be sure to register early. We’ll see you on the court!
