Bryan Earnest, President & CEO, Founder
As the president, CEO and founder of Amperage, Bryan works towards achieving the vision for the organization. He focuses on fostering a strong culture, overseeing sales and marketing, operations and risk management, and leading strategy for the organization. Bryan's forte is bringing people together to build and cultivate relationships and seeking out new business opportunities and best practices. With a background in public relations, sales and marketing, Bryan understands the multiple facets of a business and works with clients to help them achieve their business and marketing goals.

Over the past 29 years Bryan has led with an entrepreneurial spirit. Bryan founded Amperage (formerly ME&V) in 1996 and led through the acquisitions of Henry Russell Bruce (Cedar Rapids) in 2014, Creative Communications (Wausau, WI) in 2018, Hansen Henley Yoder Lamb (Minneapolis) in 2022 and Vernon Research Group in 2025.
