Chef de Cuisine
The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for the food product in terms of safety, quality, presentation, guest satisfaction and cost, for assigned outlets. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible to the F&B Manager for successful performance of the assigned outlets and duties.
