June CVSHRM Meeting

This is a new era across our workplaces, with many organizations employing representatives from as many as five generations.  Three years in a pandemic has also changed workplace culture and engagement as well, especially for certain demographics. Boomers are on project work teams with 20-something Gen Y/Millennials, while both might potentially report to GenXers. Meanwhile, resumes are arriving from the newest additions to our workforce, Generation Z!   Dr. Bill Withers was BOTH a college professor and student advisor and still continues to consult and work with organizations during this critical time in our workforce history.
